Ongoing · The annual mentoring plan focuses on self-discovery, skills and career preparation, with student identities kept private.

Why it matters

Academic support and career exploration help young people grow.

How we work together

With YunTech and the district, the programme matches one enrolled student with a full career-training course. Two mentors and two advisers accompany the student: JIUJI on cross-boundary innovation, LOUIS on financial literacy, ASHELY on international perspective and Jeffery on big-picture careers, with at least four documented engagements over half a year. Timeline: district interview 11/07, orientation gathering at Tainan Second High School 11/14, half-year companionship including meeting reflections, and a closing ceremony 2027/3/28 presenting an NT$43,500 study grant.
