How we work together
Yunling connects medical and optometry professionals with partner clubs and local offices across different annual activities. 2027 outlook in planning: tentatively 2027/4/10 at Citong Elementary School gymnasium, an estimated 240 registrations with about 192 attending, five optometrists plus one physician, co-organized with Taipei Platinum and Xingchuang, NT$24,000 per club totaling NT$72,000 with no district grant application. Rosters, frame inventory, lens costs, venue layout, insurance, parental consent and emergency plans will be ready 60 days ahead. Plans above are subject to formal announcement.

Taipei Platinum led the activity with Huwei Township Office, Yunling and Xingchuang as co-organizers. Ashley helped find a doctor; Dr. Hsu Ching-chang of Gaoming Eye Clinic and Taichung optometry professionals supported the service.

Dounan Township Office, Yunling, Xingchuang and Taipei Platinum jointly organized vision checks, myopia-prevention education, glasses and further follow-up. The count covers the whole activity.

From one connection to care in the community
Ashley helped find a doctor. Dr. Hsu Ching-chang of Gaoming Eye Clinic in Douliu and Taichung optometry professionals supported the on-site service, connecting children with eye-care expertise.
Taipei Platinum Rotary Club led this Eye programme at Huwei Township Multifunctional Activity Center, with Huwei Township Office, Yunling and Xingchuang as co-organizers.
